A stunning combination of bold and soft!

I've had these red agates bouncing around for about a year waiting for inspiration. It finally came to me and this necklace is the result. A stunning combination of bold with red agates softened by glass pearls and silver filigree links made by hand. I love this necklace! The color of the stones work great with navy, black, browns, greys - lots of variety here.

New Blog

I'm not sure what happened to the other blog I started....I think it died from lack of use! So let me try this again. My goal is to be a bit more serious about sharing the jewelry side of my life, have some fun and meet new folks. So here goes!

I started this adventure with a viking knit class in 2009. I learned how to weave very fine silver wire into a piece of marvelous jewelry. I became hooked and before long, there were beads and wire all over the house! I still love working with wire and especially with silver. Recently, copper has become a new metal of choice - more organic, easy to work with, and definitely easier on the wallet!
